01Concept & schematic designWe translate the brief into a design that works — massing, spatial planning, material strategy, identity. The foundation everything else builds on.
02Exterior designFaçade development, elevations, material specification, and 3D visualisation. Exteriors that define the building's presence and character.
03Interior designSpace planning, material palettes, joinery detailing, lighting, and FF&E coordination. Interiors designed for how people actually use them.
04IFC packagesIssued-for-Construction sets — fully detailed, coordinated with structure and MEP, ready for the contractor to build from. No gaps, no RFIs.
05Authority submissionsDrawing packages to each authority's exact standard — DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, Emaar. Approval is an output of good drawing.
06Fit-out designOffice, retail, F&B, and hospitality fit-out design. Developer NOC through construction-ready drawings — spaces that perform.
